Hello,
can someone tell me what package has: WAListenerAdaptor? thanks, David -- David Long, B.Sc. Dear David,
FYI I cannot find any class, namespace or shared variable of that name in any package in either the Cincom OR or our internal development database (which contains the VW Seaside codebase). Hope this null result is of some use in tracking it down. Can you offer any context information - where is it referenced? Hi Niall,
Thanks for getting back to me. What I really could use is the code that will let me launch a streaming http server so we can run the Comet examples that come with VisualWorks. I am trying to do a "push" update. Any ideas? David ------Original Message------ From: Niall Ross To: David Long Cc: [hidden email] Subject: Re: [vwnc] WAListenerAdaptor - where is it? In a bit older version of Squeak I have, I see WAListenerAdaptor in package Seaside-Adaptors-Comanche.
Hope this helps. Hi Ken,
That is a start. Would there be any issue if you were to check that into our repository? If not, please check it in and we can try that. Niall...anything you can tell us about running the VisualWorks Comet examples would be most awesome. Thanks! David ------Original Message------ From: Ken G. I'd stick with Opentalk adaptors, I suspect the code relating to Comet in PR is a good start and may still just work.
