WATableReport Doesn't Work With Canvas

WATableReport doesn't work with Canvas.  Several methods need to be  
updated.  These include:

renderContentOn:
renderHeaderForColumn:on:
renderRowNumber:item:on:
renderColumn:row:on:

Once these changes are made it also becomes necessary to change  
#rendererClass.  Changing methods these fixed my problem although  
there may be others waiting to be discovered.

I would be happy to post my changes if anyone is interested.  The  
changes should be fairly obvious if you are familiar with the Canvas  
API.
