WAWebServerAdaptor fix

Hi,

I've made a small fix to WAWebServerAdaptor>>#requestUrlFor:

It does not need another '/' added between host and webRequest rawUrl — I believe webRequest rawUrl already begins with a slash.

Should I submit a pull request for this?
