[WS] SelectorMap>>printOn: issue

Boris Popov, DeepCove Labs (SNN)
The issue is that it prints itself as "nil" in debuggers and such even
though it isn't actually "nil", gets confusing sometimes ;)

WebServices.SelectorMap new printString -> 'nil'
