Web color picker

Hi,

is there such a thing as a web colour picker?

Otherwise how  do I offer a user a choice of (many) colours?

seems too much for my simple purpose but I tuck it away.

Last weekends reading on JavaScript makes me think something like a
ColorPickerMorph quite doable.
