WebDav client?

We are moving our client platform from WinXP to Windows 7 and I'm having an issue in our application with connecting to Xythos. There is code in our application that was found/developed by a consultant about 10 years back, and I am trying to see if there is a more recent implementation of a WebDav client for VA. In searching the web, I see mention of a WebDav client for Smalltalk but cannot find any active locations. Has the code base been updated to include this functionality where I can rip out this code? Or is there are more recent implementation that I can take a look at?

Some more information.....

When doing a Google search for Webdav clients, I hit this page: http://www.ics.uci.edu/~ejw/authoring/implementation.html

The last link on that page has the following info:

Smalltalk WebDAV Feature for IBM VisualAge (Smalltalk) - A Smalltalk library that supports threaded HTTP communication over sockets to a WebDAV Server in a non-processor-bounding mode.

Unfortunately, that link is broken. Anyone have another spot where I can find this so I can see what it is doing?
