This is exactly what I want to do. I am not sure if "override" was the right word.
I just want to be able to change the port number.

Why do you need to override it?
You can add additional ports to WsdlPort.PortRegistry. See WsdlPort
class>>register:
Then reset WsdlClient ports using #setPortNamed:.
