What can I do with a Dolphin Virtual Machine Dump Report

My deployed application refuses to run!
All I have is a Dolphin Virtual Machine Dump Report.

What can I do with it ?

How can I figure out what the problem is ?

Where is the doc ?

What is the procedure ?

In this case, nothing.  The only information it includes is negative -- the
main Process is attempting to #shutdown and it's attempt to commit suicide is
failing.  I don't know why that should be.  I /suspect/ that it might be an
"idle panic" that is going wrong somehow, but that is nothing more than a
guess...
