When do we move to Pharo 4?

Just wondering now that Moose 5 is out :-)

From now on, the repositories should move to Pharo 4. I already started to play with GToolkit and it looks good. I will look at updating the CI jobs in the new year. But, if someone else beats me to it ... :)

There is already a moose job for Pharo4. It crashes the image...
