Where's Helios???

Hi. I'm brand new to Amber. I just installed it using the instructions at amber-lang.net. When I follow the Quick start guide, I can bring up the page at http://localhost:4000, but I cannot bring up Helios. I can only bring up the legacy IDE. What am I doing wrong?

Never mind. I had to authorize the pop-up. I had no idea that Chrome blocks all pop-ups!

Yes, its a common issue.

Helios can always come back with the "Konami code" in 0.13
