We've taken out the mode for non-packaged deployment from Lagoon. There
really seemed little point in keeping it since it performs much less
efficiently (in terms of eventual EXE size) compared with the packaged mode.
Given, then, that Lagoon needs to know the package that is being deployed
you'll find it available from the Package Browser or the package pane in the
system browser. Right click on the package to deploy and choose "Deploy
Executable".

It is deliberate but you can turn it off if you like by editing the
"SmalltalkSystemShell.Default view" in the View Composer; selecting the list
view called "systemFolder" and turning #hasTrackSelect off. Another way
would be to use the Visual Object Finder tool from the tool bar and drag
this over the background of the system folder. Then use the Flipper
Inspector that appears to turn off #hasTrackSelect by drilling into the view
on the Published Aspects side. If you make the change this way then you'll
have to reapply it if you do a "Panic", though.
