Why ConfigurationOfAthens is loading XML :(

Hi guys

ConfigurationOfAthens should not deal with loading SVG
So the XML and SVG part of Athens should be moved to
ConfigurationOfAthensSVG

Can we remove the XML dependencies from Athens!
