Why does Pharo have both a System Browser and a Class Browser?

Oscar Nierstrasz

Hi folks,

In the Tools ... menu there are entries for both a System Browser and
a Class Browser.  Both give you an OmniBrowser Package Browser.

Is there a reason for this?

Also, all the tools available from the World menu are available as
well from the Tools menu.  This just adds to confusion.

Finally, there seems to be no way to push-pin submenus.  Is that a
conscious design decision, or just a random act of GUI violence?
