Windows 8 look policy

Holger Kleinsorgen
Windows 8 is approaching, so it was time to create a suitable look policy for VW. The package is called  "Windows8LookPolicy" and is published in Cincom's public repository. It is based on the Windows 7 look policy. The optional package Windows7LookPolicyAutoSelect modifies VW's look policy auto select mechanism to choose the Windows 7 / Windows 8 look policies.

Windows7LookPolicy and Windows8LookPolicy are compatible with VW 7.7 and newer versions. For VW 7.9, there's a separate branch "(7.9).*" of Windows7LookPolicy. Windows8LookPolicy currently does not need a spearate branch for 7.9.

The look policy is based on build 8400. It might be necessary to tweak it once the final RTM version is available, because MS did some last minute UI changes. Let's see.
