Windows PostGreSQL and VW7.4.1

Hi !

I started the transition from UNIX to Windows. So I installed PostGRE on Windows, dumped the
StORE database on UNIX and restored it on Windows. This worked fine.
Now I want to connect my VW7.4.1 image to the database (postmaster is running) and always get
A timeout for the connection (message: peer communications error). Had anyone similar problems ?
Any tips ?

Did you edit the client authentication configuration file (pg_hba.conf)
so that peers are allowed to connect to the DB? by default, only local
clients can connect to the DB.
