Windows and widgets without using UIPainter

Mikael Hakman
Hello,
Is there any book or other text or tutorial that explains how to use VW windows and widgets without using UIPainter? My user interface is dynamic in the sense that I know what to display first after the program has been run for a while. Hence I cannot use UIPainter. Thanks.
/Mikael

Check out;

Another good book, but rather old, that is not in the list is
"The Smalltalk Developer's Guide to VisualWorks"
