adding definition to rss feed..

for the itunes podcast definitions, i need to add this:

<rss xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd" version="2.0">

to the podcast rss feed.

how would i go about injecting that after:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
