-all- duplicated in method browser

A minor though annoying bug I would love to see fixed:

In a System Browser, when dragging a method into the "-all-" method
category, that category gets duplicated.

Related bug: it is not possible to drag a method to the "as yet
unclassified" category.

Yes, that's annoying. I guess it's ok if nothing happens when you drag a method on the -all- method category and that you are allowed to move a method to any method category you like even to the "as yet unclassified" category.
