[bug,vw75] parcel Aragon.Widgets bad prereq

The parcel Aragon.Widgets has a dev prereq
 #parcel - Aragon.Core

1) please use only #any prereq type or we cannot move a parcel to our
automated build without creating a new version of it. (we prefer to have
Cincom supplied packages in our repository as they were published, it is
a pain to alter packages on every VW rev).


2) Aragon.Core does not exist...
