VW(nc) is not an open source project, so there is no public bug
tracking/browsing facility for it.
If you want support you'll need to get a commercial license, if it is
out of interest in the development of VW you can join the VisualWorks
Developer Program program (free of cost),
http://parcplace.net .
Joining VW-dev will not give you access to the bug DB though.
