Hi Peter,
When we change of theme we *should* have a good update. This is the work
of the #themeChanged method. Every theme depending morph should
implement it, but there is still some improvements to do. At the
beginning of Pharo 6 a lot of improvement was made but there is still
some small problems.
I think it is not possible to force the update of the colors without
#themeChanged, so the only solution is to open issues when you see
something not right when you switch of theme. :(
