You can find a presentation of my application at: http://www.edor.it/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=55&Itemid=107, unfortunately in Italian.
It is a module of our main product (MIDA – Management Integrato Dati Aziendali) that is a package for companies management.
Beside the direct application, I was interested in utilizing FuzzyWold (an expert system generator based on fuzzy logic); I think you can find some features that are not usual in CRM and, IMHO are unavailable in standard applications.
Of course everything is written in ST and I would be pleased to port it in Pharo.
