There's also vw-dev, which recently has had about twice the traffic of vwnc.

vwnc is where to post anything about a released version, and is also a perfectly good place to discuss future product thoughts that are already in train of being implemented in the current dev builds. Everyone is on vwnc whereas only those who have signed up to the dev programme are on vw-dev. vwdev is specific to the current cycle. 8.0.1 and 8.1 are the VisualWorks dev builds offered there now. However, because 8.0 is only recently released commercially and not yet released as PUL, many 8.0 comments continue to appear on vw-dev at the moment. By end-year, I'd expect most 8.0-specific posts to be on vwnc. The most active posters tend to be in vwdev as well as vwnc of course, but if your VisualWorks-related post isn't specific to 8.0.1 or 8.1 or (at the moment) 8.0 then vwnc is where I'd suggest you put it.
