fixing Smalltalk resetTools!

remove register assubclassresponsibility because it breaks completely

Except that you do not listen to people.
I asked the questions just to be sure that you will react like that.

This is more than six months that we cannot see the scrollbars and do you expect me to fix that.
I'm fedup to be a victim of experience.

But, I did fix the scrollbars. And did a ping pong again with people and those that did not see it confirm that they saw it afterwards. What else can I do?
