I've had word from Ralph Johnson,
the wikis at wiki.cs.uiuc.edu have been taken down due to a spam
attack. The WikiWorks software is now being extended to make spamming
harder, this will take (at least) several days.
In the meantime you could try to make do with one of the web caches,
like Google's:
