how to fileout in VW3.0 format?

Hi

I would like to fileout some code in 7.4 for VW3.0 or SQueak.
I know that there is a goodie somewhere but could not find it.

Hi Stef,

Load parcel FileOut30 (Parcel Manager tab Directorites, Contributed),
then in Settings>Source choose appropriate format. Also read parcel
comment carefully for any gotchas
