html parser

Hi,

Is there a robust html parser in Pharo? As I understand, there would be one in VW called TwoFlowers, but I do not know the license.

I started to write more comments, tests....
I started to write a ConfigurationOfSoup but I need more time or help.

Soup allows you to do scraping of web site by navigating inside a limited set of nodes.
