html5 audio/video : url for files on the server

I try to use the html5 tag to embed audio/video files on my website.

Html audio
        url : xxxxxxxxxx
        autoplay: true;
        controls: true;
        preload: true.

I have a path or a WAFile but I don't know if and how I can convert my
path/WAFile to an url or if it exists another solution.

Anyone has an idea ?
