This is a problem because among other things the ConfigurationOfGofer is
hosted there so the GsDevKit_home command:
 

 createStone myStone 3.3.1


 fails while its down.

There's a network problem; we're working with our provider to resolve it.

The network problem was isolated, fixed, and connectivity to ss3 was
restored at 5:20pm PDT.
