[launcher] Refresh buttons in status bar

Hi Damien,

I've just noticed that the latest PharoLauncher has two <Refresh>
buttons in the status bar. This since the their superclass is
PhLGeneralCommand rather than PhLImageCommand or PhLTemplateCommand
classes. Is this intentional?
