I tried to answer some of your questions there and some which you don't
asked :-)

For example, you can save a copy of every page such as the
"sandbox.xhtml" by
selecting "publish world as ..." inn the world context menu (right click
on the world).

And you can scroll the world and put new content there if a page becomes
to full.
