location or address of PBE publisher?

Hi guys. I am in the submission process of a journal with a reference to the PBE book. Now the publisher asked me "Please provide location or address of the publisher" to the bib refefence of PBE.

My current bib is:

I'm not sure there is any official entity behind Square Bracket
Associates. Oscar?
