log4s documentation inaccurate

Hi

there are several errors in the log4s chapter in the Smalltalk User's Guide

The expression LogManager warn: 'Help' does't work, because the Class is called EsLogManager (section "Programmatic Specification of Logging")

Figures in the section "Controllers of What Gets Logged" are wrong:

The introducing text says: "The concept of levels is central to log4s. A loggingEvent will be logged by an Appender if the level of the loggingEvent is greater than or equal to the level of the Appender." But in the following figures the decision is formulated differently, and interestingly exactly the other way round (loggingEvent level > appender level?). I hope the text is correct, because the figures don't make sense to me.

Should be changed for the next release.
