looking for a way to reproduce a bug

Hi guys

we got a bug that apparently desynchroniser a rpackage and the
classes/methods it contains.
What we saw  is that if  we remove a class or a method and press changes
before committing
then the classes is queried for methods are that are not there anymore.

We are trying to reproduce this and we need help.
