does anyone have a printed or PDF copy of the paper "Smalltalk
Application Compilers" by Vokach-Brodsky and Wolczko, TOOLS Pacific
1990?

And yes, I have the Googling step behind me. :-)
University Libraries in Germany apparently don't help either, but I'm
not 100 % done with that yet.
