How can I extend Moose metamodel to add new metrics at methods, classes and packages levels and how to compute its then show it in the navigation.

I do not have moose with me.
Now take FamixType and have a look at the methods.
You will see that there is pattern
the system cache the metrics in the properties of the entity
and you define the metrics by simply calling the method computing its values.
