moosejee should use the new opax

Hi Fabrizio,

Opax is now integrated in the XMLSupport repository. So, I removed the  
explicit Opax dependency from the ConfigurationOfMooseJEE because you  
will get it anyway with XMLSupport.

Please let me know if you get problems.
