Granted, I haven't played with VW in a few years, but am anxious to
recover some of the stuff in my MySql store repository for a new image
on Vista.
Problem is, whenever I connect, my vista images reports I must ask the
DBA to evaluate "Store.DbRegistry update73." Oddly, the linux version I
have next to me, also running 7.6, doesn't have the same problem.
I've tried moving the image from my linux box to the Vista box, but when
I do that the Vista box complains it can't load the library. Grr. I've
tried reinitializing the interface class but it still reports it can't
load the library. Only when I load the parcels into a fresh image does
it at least pretend to load the library.
If I go ahead and evaluate the expression "update73" I get:
Creating table for store.TW_Properties
Table 'TW_Properties' already exists
Creating table for store.TW_PropertyRecord
Table 'TW_Properties' already exists
Table 'TW_PropertiesView' already exists
Creating table for store.TW_FileRecord
Table 'TW_FileRecord' already exists
Creating table for store.TW_Files
Table 'TW_FileRecord' already exists
Table 'TW_MethodsView' already exists
Table 'TW_MethodsAndSourcesView' already exists
Table 'TW_DataAndSourcesView' already exists
Table 'TW_PkgClassesAndSourcesView' already exists
Table 'TW_PkgNameSpacesAndSourcesView' already exists
After doing that, if I try browsing the Store repository, I get a bunch
of binary characters displayed in the store browser screen.
If I bring the linux image over, where can I put the breakpoint so I can
see what library it's trying to load, and perhaps make sure it's trying
to load the right one?
