new release of glassdb/glass (metadata-less FileTree repository support - part II)

Pretty significant improvements in the time it takes to create a
Monticello image snapshot ... See pull request[1] for details.

To update server:

   $GS_HOME/bin/updateGsDevKit -s
   todeIt <stone-name> project load GLASS1
