Every method??? If that's really the case, see below.

Are you using an evaluation version? If so, the ODBC and a couple of other
packages have hidden source that will be visible after you install the
purchased version.
Ok, so what if it's really _every_ method. Then something is wrong.
If you have already purchased, it might be possible that you've some how
cross-wired with an evaluation image. OA started using the Windows
Installer with D4, and along with that came a regrettable tendency toward a
"default image". I think it's mostly cleared up now, but there might still
be dangers lurking in the Windows Installer shortcuts.
Double clicking to launch an image was also potentially dangerous at one
point, but I vaguely recall something about the new stub being able to load
the correct VM for an image. Still, I sleep a lot better by just creating
my own shortcuts that point to the VM and image of interest. They are easy
to make, and even easier to copy/paste/edit for the next version or a
different image of the same Dolphin version.
The final thing that comes to mind is that you might have a corrupted change
log, and/or a change log that does not match your image. When you make
backups, you should achive the image, changes, and sources as a unit, and
restore them as a unit. Squeakers tend to never compress sources, and so
the culture there is to archive image+changes, with sources being the same
for any given major version of Squeak. Strictly speaking, that's quite
dangerous, though it's ok if you _never_ compress sources. However, an
image without the corresponding change log is completely useless. A change
log by itself can contain useful information though. There is some really
nice discussion of backups and disaster recovery on the (temporarily
hobbled) Wiki. Ian Bartholomew's web site includes, among other great
things, a Chunk Browser that is a must-have tool.
Does any of that help? If not, feel free to post again.
Have a good one,
Bill
