one click - Pharo.ini

hi Marcus,
you have to add the following line

ImageFile=Contents\Resources\pharo1.0-10440-BETAdev09.09.1.image

at the end of the Pharo.ini file.

(the *.ini from the packaged VM does not include that, similar
 to the squeak vm)

Now one should be able to click on Pharo.exe and the system
starts with the correct image. Note that you have to adapt
it anytime you have a new image
