profiler branch merged

Just wanted to tell you that I merged the profiler branch so that the
git master branch has the ProfileTools package and the gst-profile tool.

Thanks to Derek for the contribution!

is it possible you missed a file?

 autoreconf -vi
./configure --prefix=$HOME/opt/smalltalk3.1.1
make
