removed graph-et and graph-et2

Hi,

I removed both versions of Graph-ET from the Moose and Glamour configurations. They are still loadable as separate projects.

Uhm, they are still in PetitParser, and therefore Moose.
I don't have commit rights to the ObjectProfile projects.
