seaside control panel not responsive to right click

okay, i think i may have another clue for my issues..

i am using the pier one click image..

there is a seaside control panel there. on another pharo image i am
working on, this panel works correctly..

on my one click image, it doesn't work.. if i right click, nothing happens..

ideas?
