small buglets with current releases

Hi Janko,

I've just installed AIDA (5.2.2 from Cincom's store) into a new VW image
(current pre-release), and selected the 2.0beta of Swazoo (also from
Store). There were some problems until I got the test page to respond,
two missing methods and one uncaught nil parameter.

I'm attaching my (probably dysfunctional) non-fixes I patched into my
image. I don't know which of them are for AIDA and which for Swazoo,
but I hope that's not a problem for you to sort out.

My quick thinking without checking is telling me that this version works
with Swazoo 1.0. Please try and let me know. I need to refresh
installation instruction on a website ...

It also works with the newer, once the causes for the exceptions are
removed :-)

Checking 1.0 now.
