snapshotCello and remooseReloader: ConfigurationOfMoose

Hi guys

Snapshotcello and MooseReloader fails on

((ConfigurationOfMoose project version: #development)
ignoreImage: true; record)

It takes ages.

Can somebody confirm that this is the same problem?

I confirm that it does take long. I do not know why, but by just looking at the stack it does not look related to Moose. Instead, it seems to depend on the size of the package-cache.
