one minor note, URL.codebase evaluates to
http://lively-kernel.org/repository/webwerkstatt/core/ so that the
chat.txt location is
http://lively-kernel.org/repository/webwerkstatt//sandbox/chat.txt is
- while I speculate the intent was perhaps to use the chat.txt in
http://lively-kernel.org/repository/webwerkstatt/documentation/livedoc/Base/?

(Also, would NetworkTest.js be one best class to look into more usages
of WebResource?)
