tODE repository located on GitHub

After an extended period of hibernation tODE is undergoing active
development again. The repository is located on GitHub[1] ...

Right now the development is focussed on providing a replacement
development environment for GemTools and GLASS ... I am not
maintaining a tODE mapping to Pharo or Squeak, but in the future I
hope to expand support beyond GemStone/S ...
