While tracking down the View class>>onStartup problem, I noticed that the
WinAsyncSocket class>>onStartup method is sent twice. In WinAsyncSocket
class>>initialize it registers for the #sessionStarted event, but it is also
sent from View class>>onStartup.

Is this intentional?
