i don't have any experiences with lively, so i will be very happy if there is anyone who can explain me how to create a new lively webapplication.

Do i need only a browser, but where can i save the code etc.?

Do i need an editor or compiler, where can i write the code?

It's very important for me, so if there is anyone who can help me?
